Specification.
This is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a total of 117m2 (1250 sq ft) floor area.
Lounge - Diner. The lounge - dinning area is spacious. There is a large corner suite with a coffe table and a TV with satelite channels, a DVD player and a music centre plus an assortment of music and DVD’s for your use. There is a large dining table inside but most of the time you will probably use the large table on the south terrace.
Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dinner service to serve six people. There are plastic cups for use outside the apartment. No glassware is to be taken pool side.
Utility room. The utility room contains a butler style sink, a washing machine and a tumble dryer (rarely used) and there is a retractable washing line in there. There is also a frame for hanging towels and the like to dry.
Bathrooms. There are 2 washing facilities. The en-suite has a bath with a shower plus dual hand basins, a WC and a Bidet. The second washing facility contains a shower cubicle, a single hand basin and a WC.
Bedroom 1. Bedroom contains 1 double bed and plenty of fitted robes. The bathroom is en-suite. There are patio doors which lead out onto the south terrace.
Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds and have to use the guest toilet facilities which are as close as possible to the bedroom door.
Gardens and Pool. The landscaped gardens are extensive and planted with many types of shrubs. There is a large communal swimming pool with a shallow part for children and a hydrojet pool which runs periodically during the day.
